My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half and at first it seemed like an ideal place. It was an area of young adults, walking distance to the beach and places to eat. I can't complain about the management but I have noticed the turnover. There is someone new every time I go in there. The apartments are way over priced and extremely noisy. Don t expect to get any sleep past 5am. Kids treat the front area where the fountain is like a play ground and a skate park. Screaming babies, barking dogs whose owners like to leave and come back an hour later. Not to mention the residents treating the parking garage like garbage dump who treat this place like a college dorm with no respect. One day in the elevators WHICH ARE SLOW someone had puked, that is all you could smell and nobody cleaned it up, they covered it with a newspaper and it sat there for a week! The only benefit about this apartment is the gym. Over all, don't waste your money here. My husband and I are moving at the end of our lease.
