I currently live at Avalon Juanita village and I have to say I have nothing but great things to say about the place. The apartments are probably one of the nicest ones I have lived in and the office staff is great. Super helpful and friendly.
The maintanace staff is on top of it and working hard at keeping the place looking new.
I've just been reading the past reviews and I don't see any of this stuff that has been mentioned. you all are crazy!

I agree 100%. I too am a resident and I absolutely love this place! It's quiet, clean, and close to everything. I'm very happy here.
(And, for anybody doubting this response... I'm NOT management. I'm a satisfied resident.)
