This apartment complex is claimed as "luxury" and "high-end" but nothing really luxury except high rents. The trash rooms always overflow with the stuff spread into hallway many times. Its more like a dorm where students leave beer bottles on staircases and steal carts from shops leaving them in hallways. There is no real sense of "quite time" as we keep hearing the noise well after 11pm. For those living on other side of courtyard, outside noise is painful. The management is not controlling or preventing these. If you are thinking about getting back security deposit, forget about it. They claim "reasonable" while moving out and better be prepared for a bill after that. And it looks like the management is stoopig to such low levels to put a nice mask by writing a review for themselves. Overall, not recommended!!!
