Where to begin. I'm a current resident and will definitely be moving out once my lease is up. The staff will lie and misrepresent the property just to get you to sign.
Here are my top 3 complaints.
1. Too noisy
2. Too noisy
3. Too noisy.
Other complaints.
4. Incompetent staff and manager.
5. Rent payment site never works.
6. Utilities not setup correctly.
7. Recycling bin is located in an inconvenient location.
8. Walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly.
9. Bathroom fixtures make too much noise.
10. White carpet.
Do not move into this building.
