i have lived in this community for over 7 yrs. i have a 2 bdrm, 1 bath apartment. rent is VERY reasonable compared to other 2 bdrm, 1 bath in the kirkland area. this complex consists of (2) 3-story bldgs w/15 apts in each, (3) 3 bdrm houses w/garages & (4) 3 bdrm townhouses w/garages. it is a very homey atmosphere & has a comfortably safe feel to it. we have never had any major occurances here. it is close to everything. it is in a residential area which gives it an upscale feel. the complex itself was built it 1979 but it is still visually appealing & well kept up. i would definitely recommend this to anyone from a family to a couple to a single person. this is a great place to live!
