well, in the 1 yrs since i wrote my original review(the only other one here), the place has really gone down hill. the managers are a husband & wife team & have been managing the complex for almost 16 yrs. great but they are now both 80 yrs old. the have terrible attitudes these days. althought i've been there for almost 8 years & the girl below me has been there for 14 yrs they make us feel like we are bothering them when we ask for maintenance or report a problem with a tenant or the property to them. it also seems they've not done the proper credit check etc..for new tenants becz there have been atleast 9 different times in the last year where the police were called for various reasons. we also had an eviction! our little complex never had a problems before that. unfortunately they are also not doing the continuous upkeep required on the exterior & interior of the apartments so things are rotting & aging quickly. it's sad becz if you read my last review, i really love my apartment ALOT but the management & grounds are fast becoming a big disappointment. after all these years i'm am currently looking for another apartment. oh, well.
