Bad managment - good location

Bridle trails has a great location. It is too bad that is spoiled by poor managment and maintenance.
When I first moved in, the my apartment still needed some repairs for which work orders were placed. One month later and some items were still not done. Later when I had another work order, the maintenance man did not show up twice, causing me to miss work and waste time on the weekend. All I got from managment was an insincere apology.
There is no outgoing mailbox, except in the managment office, which is frequently locked.
My apartment's external stairway railing was replaced but not repainted.
The interior is painted with a single coat of flat white paint, that smudges at the slightest rub. Very cheap!
The covered parking roof sweats and drips chalky white water on the cars.
My advice, look elsewhere.
