Management is really crappy, they lie to you. There are tons of non refundable fees and the rent is really high for the area. You can rent a 3 bedroom house for the same price. And after your lease is up if you decide to stay, they jack up the rent again. They charge you to park your vehicle anywhere. The pool is nice when you can get in to it, which is not very often because the lock it up so early, .....you can't even use the pool on holidays when everyone is at home. There are many better and bigger places around, so keep looking

I agree and disagree: They do have plenty of non-refundable fees, the rent is on the high side (especially since the "renovations" were so cheaply done, you can feel the tack strip through the carpet for example), and they do hike up your rent at renewal time (mine went up by $120/mo). My disagreements are: the pool is open until 10pm and they give tenants their own key to the pool and workout room, and they only charge for the covered parking spaces (the rest are free).
