The neighbor's shower is loud enough to wake you up in the morning, which kind of sucks if they get up before you do. If you are watching TV or listening to the radio when they shower you have to turn up the volume. You can also kind of hear their phone and TV set.

The master bedroom does not have a light, it only has an outlet that is connected to the lightswitch so if you don't have a lamp bright enough to light the entire room then you will need to buy one. The light fixtures that they have in the other room and in the entryway have an enclosure that seems to be just glued to the ceiling so if the light burns out you don't have access to it to change it...you have to call maintenance to change the lightbulb!

We called maintenance to fix a problem one time and they came the next day which was great but by the time we got home from work the problem had already come back.

They have a yearly inspection of the apartments so they can plan their budget for next year. They give you a couple days notice and it happens around the same time every year so you have warning, but it still feels a little weird to have them coming in your apartment and looking around when you are at work.

We looked into how much it would be to get a kitty but it is $500 for one and $600 for two and over half of it is non-refundable so it isn't worth it if you don't plan on staying too long (hint: you probably won't plan on staying too long).

After the first year the rent went up almost a hundred bucks and in two months when our lease comes up we expect it to go up a lot more because the one bedrooms are now more expensive than our 2 bedroom.

The management is pretty nice when you go see them about something, though, but overall the place is too cheaply put together for what they are asking. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
