I had an older aparmtent on the top floor - small, but amazing western facing view. I loved this place, but can see that not all apartments would be as good, or as well-priced.

We love the views and location. We think the management (Office manager Samantha, property manager Sarah) are insincere and frankly a little incompetent for a place this high end.
