If youre intelligent you see the problems. If youre one of those "everything is ok and everybody is nice" kind of people, then this is paradise, just like every sewer youve lived in before. This place is a rip off. Period. And yes my leasing agent was drunk. She has been fired since, but still. So where to begin... The cabinets are falling off the ceiling. It can take over a week to get something repaired. Drains are old. Appliances are old. If you dont pay for parking you may not park in your complex. You cant hear noise from next door but top and bottom is like next room insanity. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. And management WILL NOT EVICT. So once you get a partier, you get to move. We have also noticed a great influx of lower class young punk like crowds wandering the parking lots. Bottom line, management needs to keep the apts rented. Also, lots of kids, lots of noise. Goodbye Cedar Heights!

I live here - this about sums it up... I can hear everything my top neighbor does in the bathroom - and can even hear him walking across the floor... Can not imagine what it would sound like if more than one person lived up there (or kids!)
