We moved here March of '03 and it has been a rather pleasant experience. The woman we originally signed the lease with is now gone and apparently kept NO records, but Sabrina, the new manager is SPECTACULAR, wonderful, understanding, and fixes the problems we encounter with efficiency and kindness.

For the size of the apartment, it's a great deal. Top and bottom noise is sometimes noticeable, but we have nice neighbors underneath us. However, my theory is if you don't want noise (especially the noise of kids), don't live in an apartment. Buy your own shack.
