I can't adress the previous review because I haven't had any problems.
I've lived here for a little over a year, and yes you do here things - but hey - its an apartment complex.
the place is clean and repairs are done fast. New manager is tough but really professional.
Grounds are nice, if I need something done it gets taken care of right away and the price is right. They even opened the pool early for us.
