If you're looking for a quiet place w/ great management, DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. What makes it worse is the management. It takes at LEAST 3 reminders to get things done (if you're lucky). And unfortunately, reminders are not enough. You ask them to fix the dishwasher, oven, and closet doors (yes, its that bad)...they come in and fix just ONE thing...and then act like you never told them about the other issues. Not only do they not get things done, but to top it off, they're unfriendly. And better yet, they always give you conflicting info. One manager says they can do something for you, then the asst manager will tell you they can't. Get is straight Cedar Heights! You need new management!

I finally had to resort to asserting my knowledge of the law, you have 14 days to fix what is broken or I can fix it and deduct it from rent. I now have them sign my maintainance requests, with an estimate of how much it will cost if they don't fix it in 14 days.
