I moved in several months ago. Cannot speak for others but my move has been very good so far. The few work orders I have had were taken care of the same day. My unit (two bedroom one bath) was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. The manager worked with me on getting cable, movers etc. The price is very good and the amenities are great.
