the price is cheap, but you really get what you pay for. i have lived here for almost a year and can i say i think i have found more spiders in my apt then outside. when i first moved in i got this horrible rash and it turns out my apt had fleas, how was i suppose to know what flea bites look like, i've never had them before. and if you pay for parking be prepared not to park in your PAID for spot, b/c NO ONE CARES if its reserved. the mgmt is new and not very helpful or friendly, but the mant. people are very friendly and pretty quick to fix things. oh and if you like knowing and hearing your neighbors every move, then this place is for you, you even have the pleasure of knowing when your neighbor walks, and when they use the bathroom. not to mention the stairs look like they're rotting away. the kids are always playing in the road, it looks as if they have no parents, b/c they're out all hours of the night. i could go on forever, but the bottem line is DO NOT MOVE HERE....i was shocked when i saw that this place has a 70% rating, this is truly impossilbe, they probably have friends writing reviews for the place.
