Our apartment is big and fairly affordable. Our water/ sewer/ garbage is paid, and that was hard to find in this area. We have a washer and dryer that are small, but work very well. There is no assigned parking, and when we viewed we were told there was, but thats not really been an issue. For people who work nights, or if I get home late it might be. They do have some picky rules, but nothing as terrible as everyone on here makes it sound. Management is nice (since they fired the lady who did our showing) and maintenance has been great. Hope you check it out and dont listen to all the bitter people on here, who like to dog on places anonymously. Thanks!

Yes, there is assigned parking. In the past two months they have established this policy due to issues with it. Each tenant must have a parking permit and it does cost $15 to 35 for a parking space.

FYI I believe the old manager, Terry, (who was friendly, honest and efficient) was not fired but chose to leave. With all the new changes that are planned, go figure. '_'
