Everything was fine until this parking crap came up. They are attempting to charge everybody $25-35/month extra in the middle of their lease!!! Cheree (sp') is shady, she smiles and promises you the world to get you to move in, then she forgets to enter work orders and pulls shady stuff like this parking fiasco. When I asked her for the corporate address, she said she didn't know...come on, I'm not stupid. I'm going to find the corporate address one way or another. I'm not sure this decision came from them, I think Cheree has done this on her own. If you have company over, tell them to bring hiking boots to get up the hill to your apartment.
