Managment seems to change about once a year - the current one is the worst. Told I could hang curtians - then everyone got notice that all curtians had to be white from the outside, along with notice to remove all flowers etc from enties and that ONLY patio furniature is allowed on porches (BBQ's'') Not sure what is up with the parking - but they are planning something. Was told today by mgmt that they are going to re-do ALL the parking - nevermind if you have a specific space in your lease etc. Office staff is the worse - they are rude and unporfessional and can not seem to get their stories straight with anything - from parking, to if you can paint or hang curtians, to rent raises etc. RUles change on a whim - with not much logic. (No flowers in the summer'') Maintanice is good - they are the best thing this place has going for it though they do sometimes need more than one call before they come, and do not always get it right the first time. However - I have had mold problems that they did not care about and I am on the bottom floor and have also had ivy growing straight thru the wall and up thru my carpet in the living room - I thought they would be interested in that since that can not be good.. but I was just told that they would tell landscape to trim the bushed outside more!! Not a concern about the holes in the foundation/wall that the plants were going thru!!
