I have been living here for about 4 months now, and I am about to move. We all of a sudden have to pay for parking, 15-35 dollars a month. My neighbor pays 20 for a covered parking spot, while another pays 25 Dollars for a covered spot. I don't know, but it sounds like somebody is doing a favor for somebody. Parking is a nightmare, becarful if you come here, you have a 90% chance your car will be towed because there is no visitor parking. The management is never in the office, especially when you need them. I had to chase down one of the maintenance employees to have a leaking problem fixed, and cherri makes promises that she can't keep. When it comes to maintenance, I can have my dryer replaced in a matter of days, but when it comes to getting a copy of my lease agreement, it took weeks. I do not reccommend this place to anybody.
