Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
When I first moved in here, management was the best. Calls were answered and maintenance was swift and professional. Now, management has taken a huge turn for the worst. I have considered getting my real estate lawyer friend involved with what clearly seems like a breach of tenant law! Increase of fees midway through a lease and now, a $100 per month increase in rent and $60 more on top of that if I want to park by my building. I like to community and would like to stay and I'm going to try to get the current management fired. If that doesn't work, I will be moving to a complex and will respect me, not just my money.
