Poor management, high prices

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
I moved at Cedar Heights in 2000, for 5 years everything was good until management changed, management quality is poor, rent has gone up every year with $100 a month, covered parking vent up and now they even made you pay for the uncovered parking. I'm moving out, Cedar Heights Apartaments it's not the place I would recomend to anybody!!!!! Oh, one more thing, dogs are not allowed but I saw so many dogs there....
