The story I was given before moving in was quite different then what actually happened. They started charging for parking mid-lease. They said moving out mid-month wouldn't cost anything, but didn't follow through with finding another tenant. They then claimed to have sent 1 final bill to me, but i never received it even with mail forwarded. After a couple months they forwarded the bill to collections without trying to contact me at the phone number they had on file and that appears on my credit report.
