Literally, It smells like rotting trash. I would of not been so hesitant to move here, for I really dont go by what reviews say. I am the type to just have an opinion of myself, and rather I chose to do that by coming here to the complex and checking it out. I called, and the person really kind of refused to give their name at the other end of the phone, but I made an appointment to check out a 2 bedroom anyways, I thought about 1 thousand was a resonable price to pay for that considering it's in the Kirkland area. I showed up last Saturday to have a viewing and no one showed up for my appointment. Kind of sounds familiar to one previous review I had read on here, but I thought that must of been bad timing, a fluke, or maybe something had happend to the management. It turns out, that other tenants had seen me waiting for the office to open up, and they laughed. Only to say that Cheri is NEVER in the office, and if I moved here I would soon find out that this isnt a one time incident, she (Cheri) often does this a lot, Making it almost impossible for current and future tenants to get a hold of her or to speak to her whether it's in person or on the phone. THis is the dumpiest place I have seen, and I dont recommend it. Think twice before entering the ghetto of Kirkland.
