I have lived here for a year and I am thankful my time is up on Saturday. I would not recommend living here for the following reasons:

1. The showroom is a ploy to get you to thinking the place is decent (I was promised my place would look exactly like the showroom minus the second bedroom). After I signed the lease I walked into my apartment to find the livingroom was so small that you can sit on the couch and put your feet in the fireplace if you are tall enough.

2. If anything breaks do not expect to get anyone to fix it for a long time if ever. I reported broken items when I moved in and surprise they are still broken. The light outside my apartment burned out and it took them four months to replace it. I called daily to ask for this to be fixed. I finally had to flag a guy that does the repairs down in the parking lot and plead with him to fix it.

3. There are weekly domestic fights in the complex in the middle of the night. I have been woken up to hear people screaming things that should not be uttered and slamming doors that make my apartment shake. Some nights the sounds are so horrible that I think someone is acctually being killed. I have called the cops to report the incidents but they continue to happen!

4. The parking lot is horrible. The spots are small and I was told that you don't have to pay for parking and after six months of living here I get a letter saying I haven't paid for a parking spot and they are going to start charging.

5. The staff are very rude and never return phone calls. I avoid going there at all costs.

6. The pool has been closed most of the summer due to maintenance issues, not that I would go in it.

I could go on...but just take my word and don't move here. I am not making this up! Seriously I can't wait to turn my keys in and be done with the place! I will finally get a full night sleep!
