OK, so I actually like my apartment a lot. The only downside is that the guy that lives downstairs is loud sometimes at 1-3AM. I have to admit, I make noise on different hours. Maintenance has seemed the best so far. I've been through some crap in Kent so this is a luxury to me and rent just went down for a change. I'll sign on for another year. Christy in the office is HOTTT. I would love to get to know her a little better. The only thing that sucks about this area is that there is no good restaurants around. It's all greasy fast-food, except for Subway. Gas is $1.95 as of now. Good luck. Oh, and there are plenty of people who don't know how to protect their wireless networks so you might get lucky with free internet! Oh ya, and it sucks for parties. It's REALLY hard for anyone to find you once in the complex.
