I've lived at Chelsea for 5 mos. now, and find the staff of Gina, Sandra, and Anissa all very curteous and friendly. It's a super conveinent and easy place to live! I recommend it to most people I hear looking for an apt. for 6-12 months in this area. Dr. T. C.
