The only reason I would ever reccoment this horrible apartment community is because the tenants are offered $500 off their next months rent for referring a friend. (No unit is priced under $1,100)

Our price range does vary depending on square feet, location, and view, just like other apartment communities. We do have studio apartments that start at $830.00 and the price, of course, increases with size. We currently do offer a $500.00 referral fee when someone is referred to our community and moves in, however it is not taken off the next month's rent.
