These are classy, luxury apartments which are costly, but are worth every penny. Expect service requests filled within the day. Expect friendly, professional management who cares about the state of the apartment complex and works hard to keep everything in order. Expect a clean, safe environment. You'll receive exceptional service and facilities, and a management that understands that residents will not settle for less. There's a secure garage with ample, extremely convenient parking. There are parties hosted by the management on a regular basis that have catered food, wine, and beer. I have yet to hear a single neighbor in my 9 months living in the apartments; residents are friendly and courteous. The surrounding area, Juanita Village, is new and gorgeous. There are restaurants, a Bank of America, a Starbucks, a Walgreens, a Blockbuster, and dry cleaners within a block. Juanita Beach is two blocks away and is unbelievably relaxing during the summer. The turnover rate of residents is low; we love our community and renew our leases.
