Chelsea Apartments not only offers a wonderful quality of life but a great place to call home, with helpful staff and great amenities. My husband and I found Chelsea on the Internet while living in Kuwait and we continue to be impressed each and everyday we live here. You get what you pay for in this upscale, secure, apartment community including a Starbucks and other convenient retailers just a few feet away! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to live with a staff that really cares about the well being of their residents. It's a must see!
