In the year or so since I came to Chelsea, I have been amazed by the warm, friendly and incredibly helpful managerial and maintenance staff. The apartments are stylish, very clean and well-designed. The location is stellar, nestled between Seattle, Kirkland and Bothell, it is ideal for anyone going in any direction. The amenities are phenomenal, a private theatre!' Well-equipped fitness facilities' Wow. But really, at the end of the day, what wins me over is staff. I have been incredibly impressed with Gina and Sandra, and the new addition, Anissa. Every question, they have an answer. Every concern, it is dealt with. The complex is clean, well-maintained, great parking, and stylish. I should also say that Teddy and the others on the maintenance staff have been incredibly on the ball as well! I needed the fuse box checked out, and Teddy was on it and it was fixed immediately. When I moved in, we needed some touch ups in the paint department, and again, on it as fast as imaginable.

Yes, the cost is a bit up from the usual 'moss-ridden' apartments you find in and around the Eastside. These are luxury apartments, but the service, the location, the view and the staff really make it more than worth it. Of course the move-in rates were very attractive, making it a bit more affordable to move in.

You get what you pay for, and for me and my needs, my interests, and my strong desire to live in an attractive and well-managed setting, this place is ideal! I just renewed for another 14 months. I am not giving up a view of the Lake, are you kidding'
