Living at the Chelsea is like living at a resort! The floor plans are very spacious, and it has everything you want, from a great gym, to an excellent entertainment facility (movie theatre, board room, rec. area etc..) In addition, it is close to all the new restaurants going in, and a block off of the beach.

I have lived at many different communities over the years, and I have never witnessed a more dedicated staff. They are always available, and happy to assist! Work requests are done by the time you get home, not weeks out like the other communities I have lived in.

This community is definitely worth checking out. The only reason I am moving is that I am buying a house!
