Attractively-packaged bad idea

I have been a resident at Chelsea for several months and I was just presented with my options for my lease renewal. They have decided to jack my monthly rate upwards by 40%, which is absurd! This gives a very clear insight into their intentions ... get you suckered in with a move-in incentive, and then, if you don't want the hassle of moving, be prepared for some substantial rate hikes. Not a good or honest way to do business, in my opinion.
