Hi,

In short, the management is terrible and are complete idiots... they can't even follow a train of thought, the "utilities" you are charged for "your unit" are way more than they should be so they are clearly charging residents for common space utilities as well, the parking garage is a joke because Diamond parking monitors it and even if you have a parking pass in our window they leave you warning and you are constantly having to call about it, the guest parking is terrible because they can only park 2 hours or in the gravel lot, but to get a pass for the gravel lot you have to go to the office between 9am and 5pm during the week and who working can do that', and they up the rent like crazy... want to go month to month at the end of your lease' Forget it...they raised the rent for month to month by $390 per month...no joke. They rave about the community spaces and yet to use they you have to give a $400 deposit check in case of damage, and did I say the management was a bunch of idiots...seriously, this places is run by a bunch of jokers...especially that ------------ chick... she's really winey and has no idea what she is talking about.... seriously...avoid this place at all costs unless you have oodles of money and don't mind being ripped off....

I would have to agree with the above post. I will not be renewing my lease here for many of the reasons listed above. The parking situation is ridiculous. I chose these apartments because of the safety features when I moved in, like the locked parking garage. Somehow, and I don't know when or why, the garage was paritally opened to the public so it is open all day. When people prop the locked door inside open, like they very often do, anyone outside has complete access to the building. Besides that, I am paying to park my car SAFELY in the garage, but that is currently not the case with the door open all day. The utitilities are ridiculous, and I hate paying for my neighbors' usage. FORGET about visitors if you have a job--there is no way you are getting a pass, and those Diamond guys are out all the time trying to ticket people. Seems the complex sold out their residents' safety to make a buck. The folks in the office are very nice and friendly, but the poilicies seem to change daily every time a new manager comes in. I can't keep up. The rent is too high for what you are offered, the safety which attracted me in the first place is gone, and I will not be renewing when my lease is up in the coming months...
