Management Office

I lived at Chelsea for quite a while. It is fine for an apartment complex. It is noisy. You do hear your neighbors if they are lead footed, having sex, or screaming. You also hear your neighbors washer and dryer and bathroom fans are quite loud. The REAL noise comes from the street. Deliveres are made at Starbucks all night long and is impossible to sleep through in the summer as well as the drunks that congregate on the Starbucks patio late at night. Oddly enough all other shops and restaurants get their deliveries during the day, but Starbucks gets special treatment. The parking is adequate, though the garage door is open so it is not as secure as it should be and the restaurant/shop people also have access to the garage. Now that diamond is checking the garage their seems to be less cars that were "stored" in key places indefintely. The management office is the key. This seems to change every 6 months. Susan is running the show now and seems a little psycho. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
