Having worked in property management at apartments and condos, I expect excellent service, maintenance response time, clean and attractive common areas and help from the staff when I need it. I GET ALL OF THIS, PLUS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT AT THE CHELSEA. I have met really nice neighbors, people actually open doors, speak in the elevators, etc. I have two small dogs and they are spoiled by the entire staff. Look, I don't know what people expect from a rental property, but I do and The Chelsea has the most amenities, inside and outside my apartment, for the best price in the area. And the inside parking is safe, I never hear my neighbors, the outside is well lit for nightly doggie walks, and I'm spoiled, just like I want to be. And they give great resident parties where people show up and have fun! The Chelsea just plain rocks.

yea... this is definately written by someone that works there haha... The staff at chelsea is getting pretty desperate it seems... Everything about this review is a lie... i called for maintenance and they literally never called back or even came to fix the problem... and i called about six times... This review is hilarious...therez no way this is written by a resident! don't believe one word of this crap...haha wow

Dear Anonymous, No, I have never worked at the Chelsea but I know the industry and I know what's good and what isn't. Hey, I live in the A building and I have two chocolate spaniels, just stop me on the sidewalk and let's talk about this. I'm retired and walking in beautiful Juanita Village every day. I'm afraid you've made an incorrect assumption about me and my review, and, quite frankly, a fool of yourself.
