Best place I've seen in Kirkland

I've read a bunch of the negative reviews here and I have no idea where the authors are coming from, this is the best place I've seen in Kirkland and I have no complaints about the management. My unit is a very spacious and lovely 910 square ft. single bedroom that looks out on a courtyard with a garden and I have secured covered parking, a storage unit, and use of a bike rack ($1405 base, $1490 total).
There are TONS of amenities within literally a THREE MINUTE WALK, including a pizza place (Pagliacci's), Blockbuster, Indian food, Thai food, Japanese food (two), Chinese food (two), Mediterranean food, Mongolian Grill, fish and chips, Starbucks, two bars, hair dresser, Walgreen's, massage parlour, and a BEACH! Probably more I'm forgetting, too. OH, yeah there's a fancy expensive restaurant (Cafe Juanita). Oh, and another one (Brix Cafe).
The complex also has a gym that is free to use, a lounge with a kitchen, pool table, and TV that you can either just walk into or reserve, and a dedicated media room for watching movies with lots of friends (never used it though, my friends and I just watch in my own unit). And there's a gravel lot just for guest parking and you can get passes for it anytime during business hours for free. I have some minor nitpicks with my unit, but overall this place is awesome. I recommend to everyone I meet who's looking for a place on the east side.

I agree, in fact, when my lease came up for renewal, all of my friends, including those who own a condo, said, "Don't move, it's a great space and we can walk to alot of places to get together." So, I didn't move and we're all happy. It's that simple. (PS for all you skeptics out there, I don't work here, honest, I just enjoy living here.)

ok the review is written by staff for sure i have an email from this person and they write exactly the same. Plus who writes that many things that just make it sound like a commercial... i moved out after 2 months of hell. there are so many health hazards and they help you by giving you more health hazards to cover up the original health hazard. the person that wrote the response is also staff, because why would you need to convince your audience that you are NOT staff... nice try you dumbasses... this place is the worst possible place to live and if you want to live in hell then move here.

I'm not staff. Come knock on A116 if you don't believe me. I've always recommended this place to my friends, but recently I recommended it to one guy who looked it up here and told me how it had so many negative reviews, so naturally I was bewildered. And after reading a bunch of them I decided to write my own experience so people would know the other side of the story.
