I have lived at chelsea for awhile now and i love it, if anything is wrong richard or someone is there within the hour..they always have fun events going on, like Sushi and Wii night, or they had someone from the Pro club come and train every week for free! I think this place is a really great home and me and my boyfriend love it there. Its really annoying to hear all this crap from everyone no offense you all sound like whiners ESPECIALLY the one who said the common areas smell like smoke' umm I go through them everyday and never once have smelled smoke..all i get is free food in the leasing area, and my mail, and go to my apartment..and the heated garage in the winter is the best! So please stop being whiners and makin the place look bad.Oh and did i mention there is no first and last payment when you first move in' That was so helpful because people like me dont have that much money saved but i can afford monthly payments. I honestly have no idea where all these reviews are coming from..All my friends and family love my place and im proud of where i live. So please people, if its that bad go ELSEWHERE but stop trying to convince others it's bad because you could take away an opportunity for them to be happy like me. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

This apartment complex is horendenous. And yes it smells. When the common areas aren't reeking of smoke they are reeking of horrible cooking aromas from residents. All front doors to the apartments have a major creavace where smells and drafts come through. This is why the place smells so much! Go across the street to Avalon Apartments and they don't smell at all! And please - only singles and annoying people go to those social events at Chelsea. They are a waste of time for people who actually have lives. And they serve crappy food as well. I went to one and left very quickly after I realized how awkward it was.

The last event had so much fun it was rediculous..and the people that work in the office also live in the apartments so if they were so horendous why are they living and working there??? Also yes when you walk in the halls sometimes you can smell people cooking BIG DEAL, and horendous is such a strong word, go live in some truly crappy apartments and maybe the granite countertops and 24 hour service wont look so bad too you.
