Problem for the layout

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It is a kind of unrealistic problem.
I feel very strange the layout for this apartment.

The refrigerator and the oven,cooking range are next each other.So I need to pay more for the electric bill conpare with my previous apartment.Maybe appliance will damage each other,I would want to be charged for these fees.
The car space is a kind of almost full.
