I moved here from Redmond a month ago and it was definetly worth it. The location is great, right next to the beach and stores, and the staff is very friendly, sometimes I will just stop in for a chat. I had problem with my water heater and the maintanece was there within an hour to fix it. So I recommend Corbella at Juanita Bay to anyone who was looking.
