There are both good and bad things about Corbella. The apartments are small for the price and the walls are paper thin. Our neighbor watches tv all hours of the night and screams and yells at the tv and we can hear him. Other than that the landscape is beautiful, close to the beach, and our apartment backs up to a creek that is very peaceful to listen to. The interior of the apartment is small but it is clean and everything works well generally, the dishwashers are lacking a bit. Management is nice and friendly but can be a little bit rude at times. We were scolded for leaving our trash outside for 30 minutes but I suppose that is how they keep the place clean. The neighborhood is very safe, and has great schools. You can walk to starbucks and the beach! We love it besides the paper thin walls and the size.
