this place is crappy. they see things that need to be fixed and then fix them and expect you to pay without you even asking for the item to be replaced. white people are the minority and there is no parking for guests except for about 200 yards out on the road. if you are trying to get on your feet its not so bad but just be ready for flaky management and the maintenance guy to come in whenever he wants and never give you notice... there is much better out there for the price. also cars get broken into all the time and the managers dont enforce the sound curfew at all....they are the problem usually.
