I lived @ Evergreen Heights for a year. I thought it was great! Maintenance was super fast and fixed anything I had a problem with. I loved the workout room and tanning bed it saved me alot of money :)
The girls in the office were very friendly and made sure our move in was easy. if I moved back to kirkland I would for sure be back :)
