We have lived here for quite some time, almost 3 years and the situation has really gotten bad. The staff started out very friendly, very accomodating, now they are very put out with most service calls. First there were no problems with noise, now there are kids screaming outside till 10PM, not to mention leaving their bicycles in the road, and having near misses with the traffic. It is an insane zoo here now. I feel like we live in HUD housing project. The microwaves mini, like you could cook 1 cup of soap and that is it, they are over 15 years old, probably leaking radiation and when the staff was asked about replacement, ha, not till it breaks. Most of the carpets in the complex are horrid. The bathrooms usually have some sort of problems with caulking and are falling apart. The entire place needs to be pressure washed, the asphalt is sticky as you go up to your apartment. But wait there is more, your cupboards might actually be pulling away from the walls. This is a problem here. This complex is right smack dab next to a office complex with an improperly shielded dental office. How do you know that' Because your radio and tv will buzz intermittently as they turn the xray machine on and off. Safe' I don't think so. Now there is a fence that literally has 6 sections that have blown towards the apartments. And it's been that way for months!
Overall, this place should be the last place you should look into. If you want uncaring, cut throat management, then you will like it here a lot. Plan on losing patience quickly. Even top management out of Bellevue is uncaring and borderline unprofessional. Their attitude seems to be, if its not on fire, and not leaking downstairs, it's not my problem. BEWARE!!!
