1. 2 bed 2 bath unit does not allow for standard size couch. Think I'm joking' Look at all the walls in the entry way. All the sheetrock has dings and gouges that can't be concealed. The problem is, the entry way makes an immediate 90 degree turn towards the living room. Must remove door from hinges (look at hinges and you'll notice it's been done many times previous), remove entry way lights, and wedge-twist-shove couch down hallway.
2. Share sentiment of other reviews in that management is crooked. Dave will tell you anything to sign up, and the dark curly haired lady with glasses is a completely incompetent twit. Actually used to live on premise and make complaints about other tenants.
3. Share same sentiments in regards to the $150 non refundable deposit that goes towards nothing, and they will charge you for petty damages (paint) and force you to have carpets professionally shampooed.
4. Share same sentiments about dodging kids on scooters and bikes in parking lot. Toys left outside which must be dodged. Have had my car drawn on with felt markers.
5. I've been on the side near the hospital which has construction noise and the side on 132 which has steel plates covering the road, which you hear a thunk-thunk for all day and night.
6. I agree with other reviewers in the WT comment. I had a neighbor, who upon hearing someone walk up the stairs would fling open her door to see who it was (expecting her WT husband) as if she was the only one who lived there. She had her husband confront me while I was moving out, asking if I was looking inside their car the a few days prior, when in fact I was being courteous not to brush against it. All the while he's smoking and watching me pack stuff into my truck. Wife would peer through blinds to see who was pulling up, I think she was a crazy shut in or something. Both would fight outside their apartment, publicly.
7. Truthfully, the management if pressed will admit they don't have accurate records of which parking spot is assigned to which tenant. They blame previous management. However, the fact remains they will only provide one spot for a 3 bedroom and makes no effort to reconcile parking/renter problem. Very limited guest spots.
8. Would often hear noisy fights and neighbors across parking lot at 2-4am, often had to yell at them. Neighbors, openly discourteous playing car stereos as loud as desired.
9. Price is decent for a decent interior, but a good price will attract those mentioned in previous comments as well as lousy management, simple economics.
