I Have been here for 1 year now. I have no complaints. My apartment is great. Maintanance has always fixed things in 24 hrs or less! Sure I hear neighbors and parking sucks because they only give one spot for me and my roomate but HEY THIS IS AN APARTMENT COMMUNITY! If you show me someone who doesn't hear their neighbors occasionally I'll show you a deaf person or a neighbor thats made of marshmallows. If you want security and your own personal driveway for parking get a house and stop whining, even then you never know what can happen. Overall the rent is great, my neighbors are cool and the managment is very knowledgable of how to do their jobs. My only complaint is the effing garbage trucks at 6am but it is a necessary evil. Someone has to take out the trash.
