The office seems to be staffed by only one person. Well that's all I've ever seen, and she is always way too busy to help us. We've asked for a mailbox key about 4 times, and every time they say they will have it for us, but when we go back, it's the same story. Parking is horrible. It's great if you only have one car. I can't believe 3 bdrm apartments only come with one parking spot, with no way to rent a spot, and no other options. During the snow storm, they didn't bother to de-ice, which is quite dangerous considering half the complex is on a hill. And noise echoes through the apartment, and there have been times I could hear the people outside over my television. Occasionally I can hear voices from upstairs while I'm trying to sleep. The lights over the car port and near the walkway to my front door have never worked. No one answers the phone if you call. By far, this place is not worth the money.
