Expensive as heck! Besides the price, though, the location is good (very easy access to 405 and if there's an emergency, you're next door to Evergreen hospital-you will receive excellent care there), the grounds are kept fairly well (it's the owners of pets who let their animals leave their business around and people that are too lazy to actually put garbage in the dumpster and rather leave it laying around the dumpters and the children that destroy the foilage/trees is what ruin things for me)and the overall look of Evergreen isn't bad at all. They have a pretty decent recreational room. However, the appliances and appearance of the interiors could use some updating. My apartment looks rather cheap compared to the price. We have no air conditioning and we can't use the pool due to regulations of some sort. But come winter, I won't be complaining about it. Parking is very tight but there are side streets ones guest can park in. Never had issues with that nor with noise too much. Juanita is friendly and a lovely person and maintainence staff seems pretty prompt with fixing things. I guess I would recommend Evergreen to certain types of people. If you have a family, it's not that family friendly-no playgrounds. It wouldn't be good for young college folks as noise is an issue for many. If you're older, mature singles/couples this place could work. I don't plan on re-leasing. Rent will be more and I just don't think I can afford it!
