Looks nice, but...

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
PROS:
*We were drawn here because of the unique floor plans of the units. They have more character than a lot of other apartment units we looked at.
*Maintanence was called once and they were out the next day to fix the problem. He was very nice.
*Well maintained landscaping etc--new fire alarms and new roofs put into/on units this year
Cons:
*The floors don't seem to keep noise out very well (you can hear people above you) and you can hear conversations through the fireplace sometimes.
*People at the office give you the run around when you have a complaint. They smile nicely and b.s. you around until you just give up.
*A car was found with window smashed and goods stolen out of it, so even though security comes around a little at night, it obviously doesnt deter a lot of crime.
*The pool and jucuzzi has been CLOSED ALL SUMMER and all we have been offered is an apology and explanation that makes little sense (all the other apartments in the area have open pools!) and we have been offered no compensation, though arent we paying for use of pool in our RENT every month'
