The management and maintenance staff at Hidden River is very responsive to concerns and complaints, and they're pleasant to deal with. Thankyou, Amy, Sandy and Brian. Any problems I've had with maintenance have been addressed within a reasonable amount of time, and fixed correctly. Rent is reasonable, noise is kept at a minimum, and the location is very handy. I've enjoyed living here.

well Kim, what you see, it NOT always what we get... some people had NO problems, others did have an unjust disadvantage. So keep the high hopes, and maybe one day when your life isn't running so smoothly, you'll be fortunate to encounter one of the drug infested personnel that run around the rental properties thwarting their unwarranted authority where it does not belong. Yes some things were ok... but the crap that is posted here is real, it happened, and yes many were unaware. Hopefully the owners will hire professional people with a real background in dealing with people. Happy that things worked out for you. Maybe you were one of the nice neighbors. Bec I had about 3 serious freaky ones and then some!
